Technology consulting for independent businesses · St. Augustine, FL

Stay independent. Still compete on technology.

We help owner-run businesses get more out of the systems they already pay for, fix what slips through, and build what's missing. Flat prices quoted before you agree, month to month after that, and everything in your name. We are not a licensed professional in your field and never give advice in it; every assistant answer cites its source and is approved by your own people before it goes live.

What we build

Three kinds of work, in order.

Brand first, then the website, then technology and process. The third can come first, or run alongside the other two, when that is where the pain is.

1

Brand

Simple and clean.

Colors, fonts, your logo tidied into a clean file set, the few things you say about yourself, and who is named, pictured and answering.

What you get
  • A brand board and six logo files, in your name
  • Your one-liner and the three things behind it, in your words
  • Who is on the site and who answers, so it looks like the people who run it
2

Website

Open after five.

A rebuilt site on your domain, in your brand, that can take a booking, a deposit or an order where that fits. An assistant answers hours, services and what to expect, labeled as automated and approved by you.

What you get
  • Meets the WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standard; hosting and every account in your name
  • Request forms, an FAQ, after-hours answers, and a closure banner you edit yourself
  • A one-page marketing plan: what to say, where, and how often
3

Technology & Process

Every tool, every process, who does what.

What you pay for and what sits idle, how work moves through the business, and who does what. New tools only where they earn their keep, written procedures for what changes, and a redivision of labor so your people spend their hours where it counts. Can come first, or alongside the other two.

What you get
  • A scorecard and a roadmap: now, 90 days, one year
  • Follow-up that runs on its own, and AI first drafts a person approves before anything goes out
  • Procedures your staff can follow, and a transition plan when someone key is leaving
How it works

You pick how long we stay.

Thirty days is a taste. Ninety days is the next step, with more teeth. Six months is a partner on the team. Each one is a stopping point, and you keep everything either way.

A taste

Start

30 days

One review, your pick: Brand, or Technology & Process. Recommendations ranked by payoff, a 60-minute walkthrough, and the files. Yours whether or not we work together after.

  • A flat price, quoted before you agree
  • Money back if it doesn't give you three changes you agree are worth making
  • Credited in full toward Build or Partner within 60 days

No monthly plan. Nothing to cancel.

More teeth

Build

90 days

Brand in month one, then the website with the assistant, support elements and a one-page marketing plan. Site live by day 60.

  • Everything in Start, applied
  • A site in your name, on your domain, live by day 60
  • The assistant tested by your own staff before it goes public

Care included through day 90, then month to month.

A partner on the team

Partner

6 months

Build, plus the technology and process work from month one: every tool and process reviewed, the top two builds it recommends, written procedures, who does what, and a monthly working session with you.

  • Everything in Build
  • The two changes with the biggest payoff, built and running
  • A monthly working session, and procedures your staff can follow

Care included through month six, then month to month.

Flat prices, quoted before you agree, on the intake call. Start is a one-time fee. Build and Partner bill monthly for their length. Nothing is tied to your sales.

How we start

A 15-minute intake call, then you decide

No charge, no pitch. We talk through where the business is, what you run, and what slips through. You leave the call knowing which of the three lengths fits and what Start would look at in your case.

  • Which stream comes first for you: brand, website, or technology and process
  • Which length fits: 30 days, 90 days, or six months
  • Two or three specific things we noticed on your site and your follow-up, yours either way
  • If it isn't a fit, you'll hear that on the call
Proof before you pay

The assistant on a private test page

It runs on a private page of your own site. Your staff try to break it for two weeks. It goes public only after the person you name signs off.

A working session in your systems

A two-hour session in your own systems, by screen share with you driving, showing how a customer who slipped would come back without anyone remembering. If it can't be done without new software, you learn that free.

Start, with a guarantee

Thirty days at a flat price, quoted before you agree. Refunded if it doesn't find at least three changes you agree are worth making, and credited in full toward Build or Partner within 60 days.

Easy to leave

Month to month after a package, with 30 days' notice. If you leave, you keep your domain, a complete working copy of your website, every sequence, and every lead and chat transcript, handed over within 10 business days.

Straight answers

The questions owners ask first.

Where does a lead from the website go at 9 p.m.?

Right away to the staff member you name, by email, and into your follow-up tool if it takes one. The visitor is told a person will call the next business day. Nothing to anyone's personal phone.

Do you work with the systems we already have?

Yes, wherever it can be done. If you'd need to add something, the review says so in writing, with the monthly cost, before anything is bought. No surprise subscriptions.

Who sees our customers' information?

Only services we name in writing, under terms that bar training on your data. Named logins with two-step sign-in that you can switch off. Breach notice within 72 hours. Certified deletion when we're done.

What if you're unavailable, or you stop?

A named backup contact handles site-down issues. If Black Cloud ever stops operating, you get 90 days' notice, everything keeps running through that period, and we hand it all over. It's in your accounts already.

What does it cost?

Flat prices, quoted before you agree, on the intake call. Start is a one-time fee. Build and Partner bill monthly for their length, and care after them is month to month. Nothing is tied to your sales.
